Muhammet Sebul Beratoğlu received a B.S. degree in Control and Computer Engineering in 2000 and his M.S. degree in Computer Engineering in 2003 from Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Turkey. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Computer Sciences at ITU’s Informatics Institute in 2023. His research interests include signal processing and pattern recognition, with a special focus on smart cities, intelligent transportation systems, and the Internet of Things.

Abdulkerim Çapar received his B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cukurova University, Adana, Turkey, M.S. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Turkey, and a Ph.D. degree in the Computer Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University, Turkey. He is currently working as a researcher at Informatics Institute of Istanbul Technical University. His research interests include pattern recognition, computer vision, machine learning and applications on medical image analysis systems.

Süha Tuna received his B.S. degree in Mathematics and Computing from Kültür University, Istanbul, Turkey, M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from Marmara University,Istanbul, Turkey, and a Ph.D. degree in the Computational Science and Engineering in Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey. His research interests include high dimensional data analysis and modelling, scientific computing, high-performance computing (HPC), optimization theory, hyperspectral imagery, sparse coding theory and dictionary learning, computational gene network analysis.

Mümin Emir Soydal holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa and is currently pursuing his M.Sc. in the same field. His research interests lie at the intersection of machine learning, reinforcement learning, and computer vision. He is currently focused on Uncertainty Quantification in Medical Image Analysis, seeking to improve the reliability of AI-driven diagnostic tools.

Berk Münci İnanç is an M.Sc. Computer Science student at Istanbul Technical University, where he also earned his B.Sc. in Geophysical Engineering. Alongside his academic studies, he serves as a Business Intelligence Consultant in the private sector. His research interests lie at the intersection of deep learning and computer vision. Currently, his work is specifically focused on domain adaptation.
